Milad did several house inspections for me and in all of them he was very professional. Milad has the knowledge and advise about the reparations we need to do. He was also very helpful providing information regarding permits. I would recommend Milad’s company to anybody who wants to inspect or re-inspect their properties.

On time, inspectors came out in a timely fashion. Did the home inspection and had the results ready within 24 hours. Milad, the inspector was professional, kind, and shared any concerns.

Milad is a pleasure to work with, he is the inspector that you would want to hire either buying new construction home or an existing home. He is very detailed and will cover your back. definitely recommend.
